Commercial Contracts: Walkthrough of terms

A walkthrough of your own standard contracting documents.

This practical workshop runs through your own standard contractual documentation, or if you don’t have your own, we use examples of contracts you have come across in the past. We will talk through all the clauses as we go along, spotting potential issues, and also discussing standard variations that are often sought, and the best responses to them. This is undoubtedly an interactive workshop with the trainers using their extensive experience to make the law relevant to your business through group work and case studies.
