We will talk through all the clauses as we go along, spotting potential issues, and also discussing standard variations that are often sought, and the best responses to them. This is undoubtedly an interactive workshop with the trainers using their extensive experience to make the law relevant to your business through group work and case studies.

Workshop duration and format
This workshop duration largely depends on the scope of documentation being used for the walkthrough. For simpler short-form contracts a half-day workshop is often suitable, but for longer agreements a minimu of one full day is often needed.
